What's it like to have ICE at your door?

In this footage, ICE agents knock on a family's door, identify themselves as "police," and begin asking invasive questions. They repeat their questions multiple times, and follow up with “Are you sure?” to pressure the resident into giving more information.
Even if ICE identifies themselves as 'police,' they cannot enter your home without a warrant signed by a judge. You have the legal right to refuse entry. Always ask to see the warrant — through a window or slipped under the door — and check that it’s signed by a judge. If they don’t have one, you can politely state that you do not consent to a search and will not open the door.
